Since the tournament is finnished, there is no need for it anymore.

Registration Process
Registration started on March 19th. We had three phases of registration this time. For the first two phases you needed to have the required ranking (PDGA rating if living outside of Germany, D-Rating if you are a resident of Germany).

Also players that previously won a division at any previous Berlin Open or any player who played at the very first Berlin Open could register at any phase. If you are not qualified to register at a certain phase, your registration will be void and you have to register again at a later time.

Phase 1 (March 19th – April 1st)
During phase 1 only players with a PDGA-Rating (or D-Rating if resident of Germany) of at least the number listed in the following table were qualified.

If you previously won a division at a Berlin Open Tournament or if you played at the first Berlin Open in 1987 you are also invited to register at this (or any later) phase.

Phase 2 (April 2nd – April 15th)
Phase 2 is similar to phase 1, except that the rating you need to have is a little bit lower (see table below).

Phase 3 (April 16th – June 21st)
During phase 3 anyone can register.
Payment (see below): no later than 20 days after registration.

Wildcards
We will give away up to 20 wildcars. If you want to receive a wildcard, please send an e-mail with a short description of why you would like to get one.

Payments
To secure your spot, we need to receive your payment on time.

Phase 1: payment due no later than April 6th
Phase 2: payment due no later than April 20th
later: payment due no later than 20 days after registration. If you register in June, please either transfer the money at once or get in touch with us. Do not transfer money after June 11th please, pay at the tournament instead.

If you would have to pay extra fees in order to transfer the money to a German bank account and would like to save those fees, please contact us before the end of your payment deadline.

Special offer if paying in DM
If you still have some German money from the past, you can pay 25 DM at the tournament. We will then refund your transfered 13€

Withdrawal and Refunds
If you cancel your participation before June 1st, you will receive 10€ back (minus banking fees, if any). If you withraw in June, you will receive the Berlin Open special mini disc (sent to your address).
